Caramelo in a nut shell

The Mariah carries the quality of Pacific Seacraft Construction and traditional design.  This high quality classic boast of sturdiness and seaworthiness.  Though not fast in light air she will make ground in 5 knots of breeze. Caramelo is a Mk 2 model.  The main difference in the Mk 2 is the bowspirit; Pacific Seacraft extended it an additional 1' for a total length of 6'.  This provides for extra sail area that helps in light air. A good 15 knot wind wakes the Mariah up.  She finds her sweet spot and feels smooth and fast.
